Noah Gumbert was raised in Sydney and began his dance training at age of three. Inspired by watching performances of The Australian Ballet, Noah began intensive ballet study aged eleven at the Tanya Pearson Classical Coaching Academy. He was later accepted into The Australian Ballet School before completing his training at the Ecole Ballet Academy, Lindfield. Noah was a dance presenter in The Australian Ballet's Out There programme in 2008 and has also acted in a number of film and television productions. He made his debut with The Australian Ballet in 2009 dancing Graeme Murphy's Firebird and Fokine’s Petrouchka. Outside dance he fosters interests in history, philosophy and gardening.
