Pay in instalments
As a subscriber you can secure your quality seats now and pay only 50% up front. The second payment is automatically charged to your card from 10 May 2010. This service is applicable to mail and online bookings only. Don't forget to advise us if your credit card details change before the second instalment. An administration recovery fee of $25 will be charged on instalments which cannot be collected on the due date. Instalment payments can only be made via credit card and as two equal payments per subscription form.
Holiday plans clash with your 2010 Season dates?
Take a break with our Subscription Holiday. Take Five subscribers who have been with The Australian Ballet for five years or more are able to take a year's break, or drop a ballet or two from their subscription, and still retain their renewable State Theatre seats. The Subscription Holiday is only available for one year in every six. To organise your break please call Pam Martin on 03 9669 2796.

Flexible ticket exchanges
All subscribers can take advantage of The Australian Ballet's ticket exchange service. If you can't make your scheduled performance, simply post your tickets to our Customer Services Team who will facilitate your exchange from best available seating, for a service fee of $3.50 per ticket.
Exchanges are only available for alternate performances of the same ballet and are subject to availability.
Posting tickets

In person
Tickets may be exchanged in person through the Arts Centre Box Office, for a service fee of $4.40 per ticket and must be carried out no later than 48 hours prior to the ticketed performance.
Special price on additional tickets, all year round
Would you like to share the experience of a particular ballet with friends or family? Looking for a great gift idea? Or just want to come back to see different casts perform your favourite ballet? Now it's easier. As a subscriber, you also receive a discount when booking additional single tickets. Show your subscriber card when purchasing tickets.
Priority subscriber single tickets on sale dates are: 30 November 2009 for Silver Rose and 4 March 2010 for all other ballets. Booking details for Melbourne.
Lost tickets
The Australian Ballet representative at the theatre will issue you with a lost ticket voucher on the day of the performance. To arrange a voucher call The Australian Ballet Customer Services on 03 9669 2794 or 1300 369 741 for country patrons (cost of a local call). If you discover that you have lost your tickets out of office hours you can speak to The Australian Ballet representative at theatre prior to the performance and they will be able to assist. Note: lost tickets cannot be exchanged.
Discounted parking
Enjoy a saving of up to 26% at The Australian Ballet Centre Car Park (only $12 per visit). Pre-pay your parking when you book your subscription online and you will receive parking vouchers with your subscription tickets. Please note that if you attend the ballet for Saturday matinee performances, the flat rate may be lower than the subscriber discount. Holders of pre-paid car park vouchers are guaranteed a space. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced. Over the counter discounts will not be available in 2010.
Informative Talks
Subscribers are invited to attend our series of special Informative Talks hosted by the legendary Colin Peasley, free of charge. Learn more about your national company and its artistic processes from the people who work here! Simply present your subscriber card at the State Theatre door to gain free admission. And why not bring along your non-subscriber friends to introduce them to the magic of ballet? Non subscriber admission costs just $10. Souvenir programmes – at special price for subscribers
Our beautiful souvenir programmes provide a wealth of information about each ballet in our season, including biographies of artists, fascinating articles about the history and creation of the ballet, and gorgeous images of our dancers in flight. Souvenir programmes will help you take your love of ballet to a deeper level. Subscribers are eligible for discounted programmes: pay only $12.50 (regular price is $15) when you elect to pre-purchase your programmes with your subscription. You will receive programme vouchers with your subscription tickets which can be redeemed when you attend the performance. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
