There are a limited number of wheelchair spaces in the Joan Sutherland Theatre (formerly Opera Theatre). Please inform The Australian Ballet Customer Services Team or the Sydney Opera House Box Office of your requirements when booking tickets. FM radio hearing assistance is available in the Joan Sutherland Theatre (formerly Opera Theatre) for audience members with a hearing impairment. To take advantage of this service please collect a headset and receiver from the Opera Centre Cloakroom. This service is free. The duty Theatre Manager can assist with any queries at the venue.

Priority passenger shuttle service
A free shuttle service designed especially for elderly and less mobile patrons is available from Circular Quay near Stand E (under the Cahill Expressway) and Sydney Opera House to assist elderly and less-mobile patrons. Call 02 9250 7343 for details.

Venue terms & conditions
All patrons are bound by the conditions of entry printed on the reverse of their ticket. Please read carefully. Youth 26 years and under, children 17 years and under, seniors and pensioners must provide appropriate proof of entitlement when booking at a concession rate. Proof of entitlement should also be carried when attending performances. All patrons, irrespective of age, must hold a valid ticket to gain admission to a performance. If a member of your subscription group holds a concession ticket for a performance but is unable to attend, we are happy for you to give the ticket to a friend. Please note, however, that an upgrade fee may apply if the ticket is to be used by a patron not eligible for the same concession. Upgrades can be made any time up to performance date, including the day of the performance, at the Sydney Opera House Box Office only.
Performance and cast details
Nightly casting for each performance is published on our website approximately one week before opening night – just visit What's on. A nightly cast sheet will be handed out at the performance. In an effort to be sustainable, one cast sheet is handed out per person. Casting is subject to change due to illness or any unavoidable causes.
