Born in Perth, Kevin commenced his dance training at the age of seven with the Shirley Farrell Academy of Dance. He studied a variety of dance styles, as well as taking singing lessons, and went on to perform in several stage musicals. In 1999 he undertook a year of classical training in Perth under Adrienne Eastoe before joining The Australian Ballet in 2003. Kevin enjoys the technique and artistry demanded by many different kinds of works but holds the story ballet near to his heart. He was promoted to Senior Artist for the 2010 season.
