Eloise Fryer

Eloise Fryer was born in Sandringham, Victoria and started dancing at age three at the encouragement of her parents, both former dancers of The Australian Ballet. She trained at The Jane Moore Academy Of Ballet until the age of 16, while also taking classes at her parents’ adult ballet studio City Dance Centre. Eloise competed in many competitions throughout Victoria since the age of eight, frequently gaining first place. She was a dancer with Opera Australia’s production of Turandot for two months before joining The Australian Ballet in 2008. Eloise’s favourite ballet of all time is Romeo & Juliet, alongside the big classics.

“On weekends, I like to go home to my parents 18-acre farm. We have eleven chickens, five ducks, two cows, two horses, one miniature horse, two dogs and a cat! I also love to knit, cook and watch movies.”
