- Drink vouchers can be redeemed at the venue bar for one glass of red, white or sparkling house wine, orange juice or mineral water. Program vouchers may be redeemed from authorised program sellers at the venue. Vouchers are valid during The Australian Ballet seasons only and expire at the end of the subscription year for which the Super Subscriber membership is taken.
- Merchandise gift certificates are redeemable for items sold through The Australian Ballet Shop, Level 4, The Primrose Potter Australian Ballet Centre, 2 Kavanagh Street Southbank, Victoria, online at australianballet.com.au/shop or on 1300 369 741. Vouchers are valid to the end of the subscription year for which for which the Super Subscriber membership is taken.
- Where the value of items purchased is greater than the value of the merchandise gift certificate, the difference is payable by the merchandise gift certificate holder. Where the value of items purchased is less than the value of the merchandise gift certificate, the remaining value will be held on account by The Australian Ballet for future purchases. Original expiry conditions will apply.
- Purchasers must provide full contact details when redeeming a merchandise gift certificate.
- The merchandise gift certificate identification code must be quoted when redeeming.
- Lost or stolen merchandise gift certificates, program vouchers and drink vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Merchandise gift certificates, program vouchers and drink vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- Super Subscriber exchanges must be carried out in accordance with The Australian Ballet’s standard exchange policy.
- Super Subscriber exchanges must be carried out directly with The Australian Ballet Customer Services team. Complimentary exchanges are not available through the venue box offices.
- Super Subscribers should identify themselves as such when exchanging season package tickets to ensure full exchange privileges.
- Super Subscriber exchange seating allocations are limited and subject to availability.
- Super Subscriber exchange privileges are valid on tickets for the performance season for which the Super Subscriber membership was taken.
- Postage and handling fees will be waived for Super Subscribers on ticket purchases made through The Australian Ballet Box Office, Level 4, The Primrose Potter Australian Ballet Centre, 2 Kavanagh Street Southbank, Victoria, online at australianballet.com.au or on 1300 369 741.
- Postage and handling fee waiver does not apply to tickets purchased through venue box offices for The Australian Ballet events.
- Postage and handling fee waiver does not apply to The Australian Ballet merchandise purchases.
- Super Subscribers should identify themselves as such when purchasing tickets to ensure full fee waiver privileges. Super Subscribers will be recognised on log in when booking online and fees will be adjusted accordingly.
- Postage and handling fee waiver applies from the time the membership is taken to 31 December of the subscription year for which it is taken.
- The cost of the Super Subscriber membership is not tax deductible.
- The Australian Ballet retains the right to change or modify these terms and conditions without notice.
- Super Subscriber status will be applied to the primary booker of a season package in which the membership is purchased. Benefits vouchers will be forwarded to this individual and fee waiver benefits may be redeemed by this individual only.
