Guidelines for making a bequest to The Australian Ballet
Bequests to The Australian Ballet can take several forms:
A specific will bequest simply means that the bequestor names The Australian Ballet in his or her will, nominating a dollar amount to be given, an expressed percentage of an estate, or a particular asset.
A residuary will bequest designates all or a portion of an estate to pass to The Australian Ballet after all other beneficiaries have been recognised and settlement costs are paid.
A contingent will bequest indicates that all or a portion of an estate shall pass to The Australian Ballet only if the natural beneficiaries do not survive the donor.
All bequests should be made to The Australian Ballet, ABN 57 004 849 987
