How to exchange package tickets

Flexible ticket exchanges

Can’t make the date you originally booked in your season package? You no longer need to post your tickets back to us. Simply phone us on 1300 369 741 and once the exchange is set up all you need to do is email us a photo of the torn original tickets using your smart phone for same-day processing. 

2015 Season Package ticket exchanges are available from the following dates:

Posting tickets:
After you have arranged your exchange with a member of our Customer Services Team, please post your tickets, including a cheque or Visa/MasterCard details for the appropriate handling fee to:

Tickets must be received a minimum of five working days prior to the original performance booked.

In person in MELBOURNE:
Tickets may be exchanged in person at The Australian Ballet Box Office for a handling fee of $3.50 per ticket and must be carried out no later than 48 hours prior to the ticketed performance. Please note: Arts Centre Melbourne are no longer processing exchanges on our behalf.

In person in SYDNEY:
Tickets may be exchanged in person at the Sydney Opera House Box Office for a handling fee of $5.00 per ticket and must be carried out no later than 48 hours prior to the ticketed performance.

In all instances, original tickets must be returned in order to facilitate an exchange. Lost tickets cannot be exchanged. Exchanges cannot be carried out once a performance has occurred. Tickets purchased through third party ticketing agencies (including venue Box Offices) cannot be exchanged. Fees are subject to change without notice.
